Professional, creative, and a joy to work with. High quality food products -- always fresh and reasonably priced. Food is incredibly tasty and the fusion with the various cultures is simply amazing. Garfield Trout/DuManoir Caterers is my all-time favorite chef and caterer. He handles all my fundraisers and Chef Garfield did a great job with my wedding reception.
