- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dynamic as fluctuations in market prices for copper, aluminum, and labor dictate final pricing. However all quotes within the 30 day window will honor quoted pricing despite any changes that take place during that time period.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free on-site estimate where we will take measurements, pictures, and most importantly, discuss your wants & needs before making a recommendation. We then take a 50% downpayment, in which we will set you up with a week of service. Once we complete the work, the final 50% balance will be due. We will follow up with you a week or so following installation to verify that everything is working properly, and that you're satisfied with our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have gone through our week long training process. Head Installers are hired with a minimum length of service in the trades, and are required to be OSHA certified.
