I had an excellent experience! He quickly diagnosed and fixed both my water heater and pressure valve issues — professional, knowledgeable, and very honest about what actually needed to be done. Absolute pleasure to work with and talk to, excellent pricing and excellent work. I called to have a shower leak diagnosed and he came out that same day to troubleshoot the issue. We then scheduled a follow up visit for him to do grout replacement in my entire shower. Everything looks great!
