We scheduled a couple of different times, and then she would contact me last minute telling me she was “busy” or “working” or had to go do an estimate. Not professional at all.

I am a professional, I have references both inside and outside the app. You cancelled with me the first time at the last minute and the next time you scheduled, unfortunately, I couldn't meet you, so I asked you to look for another cleaning company so you wouldn't be left without a cleaning.
