From the moment I had a consultation with Tim, I knew this was going to be the right fit for me. I had worked with a personal trainer before and I knew exactly what I needed and he was it! In fact I started working out with him the very next day!! He's very thorough in gathering information, he took all my measurements and put me through a fitness test to see where my strengths and weaknesses were and then we got started! I have only been going to him for 2 weeks (3 days a week) and I have already lost 10lbs. But even more importantly....I feel stronger....I have more energy and Tim gives me a lot of encouragement when I need it. I feel so motivated and I look forward to every session with Tim. I think it's great that he will do exercises right alongside of me and will also use my name to keep me going. Sounds small but it's very motivating! I am so excited to see what will be weeks or months from now but I know that I made the best decision hiring Tim.

Tim has been such a great trainer - he makes sure I am aware of all the areas I need to work on (exercise, nutrition, sleep, etc.) and is very good at pushing me when I need to be pushed and allowing me a little slack when I need that. I have never been more motivated to lose weight AND feel more accountable both to myself and to Tim to follow what we have set up for me to work on each week. If you are looking for a trainer that truly cares about what you are trying to do (lose weight, eat healthier, gain strength, etc.) you won't go wrong with Tim! Highly recommend.

Strongly recommend. Gently but firmly pushed to meet my goals. Sessions are targeted and challenging. Three months, down 20 pounds, sleeping better and feeling so much stronger.

Excellent work out sessions this guy knows what he is doing from diet to teaching I'm constantly learning about my body his studio is always clean and organized I would recommend him to everybody it is consistently a great experience

Eckercise is a fantastic studio. Tim Ecker is engaged and enthusiastic, coming up with creative new routines every week. My programs are always tailor-made for my individual needs and I always leave my sessions feeling satisfied and challenged. I've only been going a few weeks and I already feel stronger! I also sleep better and my energy levels have gone through the roof. Tim trains in a safe, knowledgeable way and so I never have to worry about being pushed too far too fast; in fact, my exercises are designed not only to prevent injury but also to strengthen existing areas that I've struggled with for years (i.e., my bad back). He listens to my feedback and encourages me not just to get through our sessions but also to make healthy choices when I'm on my own. I can't say enough about this trainer, I can't sing his praises loudly enough...do yourself a favor: check out Eckercise. I promise you'll be happy you did!!!
