Tim at Eckercise is redefining what it means to be a Personal Trainer. Too often you find individuals who eyes are on the clock more so than they're on your workout. In my time with Tim, which is about a year now, I've seen extreme changes in me both physically, mentally and emotionally. I sleep better, feel better and lift stronger and harder than before. My endurance levels are up and my body physically looks different. I haven't had these results with many before and it is due to Tim's take on Wellness. With all the overflowing amounts of misinformation on workouts, nutrition, cardio and supplements, Tim is the voice of clarity in the loud, noisy world of exercise. Tim is beyond a doubt someone that personalizes your workout, focusing on what you need and eliminating what you don't. He takes every aspect into consideration so the more you partner with him, the more he can help you achieve your goals. His equipment is clean, fresh and well maintained. He's always focused on customer improvement an the dedicated space ensures that your workout is key. He also keeps logs to monitor your progress and ensure you're reaching your goals. Tim is there for you. If I wasn't moving to Atlanta, I'd be using Tim and definitely trying out his group classes and all of the exciting products and services that he has coming later this year. I know that even during my relocation, Tim will continue to check in and be a support model for me as I find the next phase of my body, mind and spirit transformation

From the moment I had a consultation with Tim, I knew this was going to be the right fit for me. I had worked with a personal trainer before and I knew exactly what I needed and he was it! In fact I started working out with him the very next day!! He's very thorough in gathering information, he took all my measurements and put me through a fitness test to see where my strengths and weaknesses were and then we got started! I have only been going to him for 2 weeks (3 days a week) and I have already lost 10lbs. But even more importantly....I feel stronger....I have more energy and Tim gives me a lot of encouragement when I need it. I feel so motivated and I look forward to every session with Tim. I think it's great that he will do exercises right alongside of me and will also use my name to keep me going. Sounds small but it's very motivating! I am so excited to see what will be weeks or months from now but I know that I made the best decision hiring Tim.

I am so excited and impressed! I had a phone consultation with Tim last night and met with Tim today for our first session. Tim is an extremely intelligent and patient trainer. I am so excited to have found him on thumbtack. I have tons of old injuries from playing sports and we reviewed ways to rehab them with training. Im so looking forward to exercising now because of this when before I was dreading it. Tim will definitely go above and beyond for you and you can tell right away that he cares about his clients. He stood out from everyone else that seemed like they were here just for business and money. I cannot wait for my next session!

Our experience with Eckercise has been a good one. Tim has been on point with his routines and is very flexible with his hours. We have been with Tim for only 2 weeks and have seen results already. I have trained before with a trainer but have never felt the one on one attention to detail like Eckercise gives you. We highly recommend Eckercise for anyone who is looking to get in shape. Thanks.
