- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be very fair,and not overcharge, i will always charge honestly for the work I've done
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will listen to them about their hair, what THEY want done to it. I also will give advice on products and teach the client how to use them and get the style their looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had training with paul mitchell, redken, TIGI, well a and goldwell, in new cutting techniques and their color lines.
