- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair, honest, and transparent pricing. Every project is different, so pricing depends on the scope of work, materials needed, and time involved. I always try to provide clear estimates upfront with no surprise charges. Discounts may also be available for larger projects, repeat customers and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to start by understanding exactly what the customer needs and answering any questions they may have. From there, I provide clear communication in regard to honest pricing, and scheduling that works for both of us. My goal is always to make the process smooth, professional, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on work, property maintenance, furniture assembly, moving help, lawn care, and home improvement projects. As a veteran-owned business, I’ve also developed strong discipline, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and professionalism that I apply to every project big or small.
