Sergeo from Good Hands Property Management was a pleasure to work with. His numerous skills saved us time hiring several different people. He is always punctual, prepared and willing to listen to your needs. I will hire him again for all my future projects. He tackled a very difficult landscaping project and did an amazing job. He cleaned the roof and cleared the gutters. Everything we needed, Sergeo did it with knowledge and skill. He also painted to decks. Wow! He is great.

Good Hands did a great job installing my window boxes. The first day, they didn’t come out exactly how I envisioned, but when I reached back out, he came right back and made everything right — no hesitation.
He did a fantastic job, even working in the rain to make sure everything looked perfect. I really appreciated the professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

We reached out because we ordered a piece of furniture (pullout bed) that came in a thousand pieces, we have twin babies at home and have zero time. I believe in fair, honest, and transparent pricing. Every project is different, so pricing depends on the scope of work, materials needed, and time involved. I always try to provide clear estimates upfront with no surprise charges. Discounts may also be available for larger projects, repeat customers and veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to start by understanding exactly what the customer needs and answering any questions they may have. From there, I provide clear communication in regard to honest pricing, and scheduling that works for both of us. My goal is always to make the process smooth, professional, and stress-free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on work, property maintenance, furniture assembly, moving help, lawn care, and home improvement projects. As a veteran-owned business, I’ve also developed strong discipline, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and professionalism that I apply to every project big or small.
