- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, transparent, and competitive. I always provide a free initial estimate and never charge hidden fees. For larger or recurring projects, I may offer discounts. Every project is unique, so the final cost is based on the scope of work while maintaining high quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually starts with a short message or call. The customer sends photos of the issue or project, and I take the time to understand their needs. I then evaluate the scope of work, offer practical solutions, and give an honest quote. Once we agree on the details, I schedule the job at a convenient time and keep the customer updated throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and experience in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs. Over the years, I’ve completed a wide range of projects and continue learning to stay current with modern tools, materials, and safety standards.
