- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 25% deposit is required 72 hours prior to the booked production date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get into a phone call to discuss the scope of your project and cross reference ideas on how we can produce the most effective visual content. There are other pre-production options upon request as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended a 12-Week Filmmaking workshop at the Digital Film Academy in New York City when I began my freelance videography work in 2011.
