I went from dreading housework to being excited about it in less than an hour. She is incredible. I plan on working with her for a long time. She is much more than a house cleaner and organizer. While respecting your dignity (you will quickly learn you don't have to be embarrassed about anything with Rose) she helps you become organized in a way that works for your family and teaches you how to make this organization last. I've spent countless hours reading customer reviews, canvassing contractor's website, viewing multiple social media platforms in search of a carpenter that meets my criteria which is honest, skilled/knowledgeable, trustworthy, clean and considerate. Basically I was looking for a professional who would listen to what I wanted and then do it. I have found this request extremely difficult to achieve. Ergo, I will try to further describe my expectations and ultimately the carpenter I found, Frank Altieri of Altieri Construction who not only meet my criteria but also exceeded my wildest dreams by transforming my space into the beautiful, relaxing, serene room it was meant to be. A carpenter who would treat (e.g., not track mud throughout my house, unnecessary dirty hands on walls, using a drop cloth to place tools on instead of my hardwood floor) my home/items in it with respect. Frank placed drop clothes- CLEAN drop clothes throughout my house. He used plastic to cover areas a drop cloth couldn't be used. One rainy day his crew needed to come in & out of my house multiple times, walking through a muddy patch each time. His crew took the time to take on & off booties (cloth cover wraps) so that my floors would not get destroyed. These are the little things to me that make all the difference in the world. A carpenter who was as considerate of my time as they are of their own. Now having said that, I am very familiar with the day to day scheduling difficulties a tradesmans encounters due to the inability to predict the length of time each job may be. I understand the many variables (e.g., having to leave a job to get a part, delays at stores when buying materials, having to load & unload materials, setting up & breaking down jobs, travel time, traffic, discussion with customers that take longer then expected, having to get fuel, pulling off road to take a call, etc.) a tradesman must deal with. Although I understand these challenges, the tradesman I hire must be one that is considerate enough to call/text if the time needs to be changed. The office staff with Altieri Construction did contact me prior to my schedule job start date to inform me of a conflict and that we would need to reschedule. My job ended up being delayed for almost 2 weeks because of commitments on both of our ends. I have to admit I did understand but of course I was disappointed. I wanted my job done yesterday I was ready to go why wasn't he? Then I realized the world does not revolve around me and although I was hiring Altieri Construction I did not own them. So I waited and once the wait was over well... I WAS TICKLED PINK, ON TOP OF THE WORLD, OVER THE MOON, HAPPY AS A CLAM, ON CLOUD NINE IN SEVENTH HEAVEN. The job Altieri Construction did left me speechless! It was amazing and exactly what I asked for! Mr. Altieri prior to the start of my job explained in detail the steps/process involved, I must admit I can not recall these details but that is why he is the expert, the skilled & knowledgeable tradesman and I am not. I am the customer, the more than satisfied customer who can honestly say, Every cent I spent was worth it and that is a gratifying feeling! Frank Altieri, the owner of Altieri Construction was honest, he did exactly what he said he would which was exactly what I asked. They were trustworthy, clean and considerate. The areas of my house they were not working on were left just the same as the day before they arrived. Anyone searching for a carpenter/handyman?
