- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being a veteran, I usually will work with veterans, police officers, and firemen to give them a better deal. DATA RECOVERY INFORMATION: $300 per drive If data is not wanted after work is done there is a $100 labor fee No recovered data means you don't pay
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer is treated with respect and they know what I will be doing step by step to resolve their issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my Associate's in Network Security and my Bachelor's in Cyber Security at ECPI University in Manassas, VA.
