Frank was our Mantel MVP. He cut and stained the ends of an old barn beam we found and installed it over our fireplace for an awesome rustic chic look AND he brought a 1940s mantel back to life along with custom installation in our other living room. Both finished products brought a tear to my eye. Don’t hesitate to hire Frank for your next project because he is incredibly friendly and he clearly has the knowledge and work ethic to get the job done. Thanks Frank!

Frank did an amazing job for us! We had him do two projects. He did high quality work repairing flood damage in two bathrooms and drywall repair in two bedrooms. By the time he was done, you couldn't tell there had been any damage. We also had him install new doors throughout another condo. It included him building shelves and a new doorway to enclose our washer and dryer. Changed the whole look of our condo. Couldn't have been happier with his work. He was on time, did quality work, was responsive, and professional in his approach. When we get ready to do another project, our first call will be to Master Plan Builders!

I hired Frank for one big wall demolition and ended up hiring him to do my walls and floors as well. Good quality work, went the extra mile. I asked for some changes and he was very responsive and made the work exactly as I wanted.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe giving an accurate and complete estimate is extremely important. This gives the customer a complete budget for the project. I believe in fair pricing, nobody should have to overpay for quality work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make initial contact and briefly discuss there project. We setup an in home or business meeting to see what is involved and talk about design options. I give the customer a detailed estimate for the work to be done as well as samples of materials to be used.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of onsite training under a master carpenter.
