Contacted Robert to fix an older smart TV and he was top notch. He was so honest and extremly knowledgeable. He gave us a very detailed description of the issue and offered multiple solutions. We would absolutely call him again, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smart, honest guy who really cares about getting the job done right.
