- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price a job by the entire job as I've been painting for quite a while and am very experienced with it. It is always fare and accurate. My price includes everything to complete the job with and although the number is bigger than an hourly rate there is no stress put on the customer as an hourly rate would be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know who I am working with and then a clear understanding of the complete job and requests to make sure there is no room for miscommunication or disappointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a professional painter with a business in East Hampton, I work fulltime and we complete many different jobs consistently so my on the job work is the real training any customer would want.
