Wow, where do I begin? I’ve been on a weight loss journey for quite some time and it’s been such a bumpy road, and still is. Working with Trainer Cole has made this process a lot easier from the moment he called for my intake. I learn so much every time we have a session and I’ve gained back a lot of the confidence I lost these past few years. I still have a lot of work to do but I wouldn’t want to do this with anyone else. The experience has been so amazing that I even paused with my group personal training gym because I realized that I wasn’t working out for my body type and goals. I’ve now worked out muscles I didn’t know I had LOL and am falling in love with lifting heavy. In all, please don’t hesitate to book with TC Fitness. You absolutely won’t regret it.

I decided to work with Trainer Cole mid way through my consultation. His level of professionalism and well thought out service as well as his honesty about his capabilities blew me away. Our first session and ongoing sessions continue to meet the standard he set from our first conversation. I am consistently supported by Trainer Cole and don’t feel like I am on this weight loss journey alone due to regular check ins, goal setting and explanation of exercises and why I’m doing them. We meet virtually but the work outs definitely feel as if we are having in person sessions. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a positive, supportive trainer who takes the time to explain the work outs to you while pushing you to achieve your goals.

I contacted trainer Cole and the same week I was already working out with him. He’s very professional, punctual and we talk about everything I want to achieve. I needed some accountability in order to start pursuing my goal of being more healthy and so far he has bring great with cheering me up, sending reminders, asking how it’s going. I’m very happy.
