I highly recommend NHV painters! Attention was paid to every detail of my project from the initial stages to the final walkthrough. They provided a painting consultant who helped me choose the perfect color. The painting crew was professional, neat, friendly and timely. I received daily updates via email that included photos of progress. If I had questions, they were answered immediately and fully by a team member. Zac came out to my house in Guilford to look at removing old paint from my fireplace and resealing it with new material.While I did not move forward with the project for other reasons, my experience with NHV has been great, the sales team gave me a solid quote quickly and explained the process thoroughly. Overall NHV crew and managers worked hard on painting the exterior of our home. There were some details that we wished we had known/been prepared for, and the project took much longer than we had been told/expected, and at the tail end of the season, leaving us worried about the final product standing the test of time. Details below.We met with Joe for an estimate at the beginning of October and, even though painting would not begin until October 21st, we were told weather was not a problem, a crew could be pulled together easily, and the project would be completed within a couple weeks, by Halloween. Once work began, there was one crew member most days here by himself working long hours slowly making progress. Daily updates from Jesus, our Project Manager, via email and text were excellent and communication with managers/crew was consistent and easy, but the project dragged and small details kept needing to be addressed. After the project passed the two week mark, we requested they allocate more people to finish up soon as temps were quickly dropping (November 5th at this point). While the crew and managers were helpful, attentive, respectful, and worked hard, we were disappointed that the bulk of the work was done by 1-2 people on an inconsistent basis and took a month from start to final walk through with Gonzalo on November 21st.Ultimately we are proud of the finished product and hoping it looks great for years to come.
