I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I felt this one was absolutely necessary.
My Samsung washing machine was turning on, but it wasn’t filling with water. I connected through the app, and they responded very quickly. He came out the very next day to assess the problem, explained what was needed, and was very professional throughout the entire process.
Within 2–3 days of my initial contact, my washer was up and running and working like brand new. He even took the time to fix a leak that I had, which I truly appreciated.
