It gives us great joy and satisfaction when we finish our work, and our customers are happy. We put all our elbow grease into every single one of our projects. We want to achieve perfection. We use only top of the line cleaning products and equipment, and if you or anyone in your home has issues with strong smells, and allergies, don't worry, we can offer you what we like to call an ECHO cleaning, where we use only non-abrasive, and non-allergenic products.

We’ve been working with Rosie since December and I truly can’t express just how much we love having her. In case anyone is using this review to decide if they should go with her or someone else I just want to give some of my insights and what in particular we love about having her. First and foremost the house is spotless when she leaves and of course that’s very important. But more than that, compared to other cleaners, some other things I think are super valuable are that she accepts credit cards as a form of payment

The ladies were polite and pleasant. Did a good and thorough job but their cleaning supplies not complete. Had to provide Clorox and fresheners. They had some cute finishing touches with the tissue and toilet papers which I really appreciate. The reason I gave a 3 is because the office support is quite unreliable. There was confusion initially about the price quote. They however quickly resolved the issue and maintained initially agreed price quote. I find their price very reasonable. Office is quick in responding.

I had the most overwhelming experience with Rose and her team. They were fast responding my request, very careful with all the details, and did an outstanding job at my house. They cleaned it like it was their own home. Everything was perfect, and flawless. I could not be happier with them. I'll be forever grateful. I care about every customer, as if I was doing the job at my own house. I take very good care of every detail possible. Always polite, respectful, and willing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always loved to get a place cleaned and organized. This makes me feel more comfortable and get a better quality of life. Because of that, I wanted to provide this feeling to the people and help them with their own houses.
