FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is priced differently. Pricing depends on the time it takes to do the job, the hazards involved, if any, (ie power lines, surrounding structures) equipment needed for the job and removal of any brush/wood if requested by customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new customer, we establish a time that works best for the both of us so we can meet and provide a quote free of charge. We'll walk around the property and gather the scope of work that you want completed and inform you of any other safety concerns, if any. After discussing the final scope of work, we will set up a date to complete the job and email over a copy of our insurance and the proposal to be signed. Once signed, we will be there on said day. Once the job is completed, we show the customer the work we've completed and collect payment. Our motto is "We're not trying to get rich off of one job, we are looking for steady work and repeat customers."
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years on-site training. I learned from the best.
