Couldn't have been a better person to deal with. Brian came right out, gave me an estimate and was back the next morning with parts to repair the shower faucet. Better than fair on his prices with no markup on parts. Patient, pleasant, and respectful. We plan on hiring him again for other repairs/projects.

Our experience with Boscarino Custom Tile and Painting was great! Both my Fiancé and I were very satisfied by Anthony's work ethic and also his professionalism. There has been many headaches and set backs with our new house and people working on the house but with Boscarino we had not one isssue. We are extremely happy with our new beautiful back splash! We highly recommend this business if you want quality work for a reasonable price. Thank you again Boscarino Custom Tile and Painting! -Steven & Chelsea

JCEC contractors (http://www.jcecpainting.com/about.html) and painting company do more than just paint a room they actually transform a room. My wife has been watching all of the DIY shows on television and came up with an idea on changes she wanted to make to the kitchen. From her idea to completion, the transformation was amazing. We did not have to contract out to many different sub-contractors the team at JCEC did it all including electrical, tile work, woodwork and yes painting. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking for someone who can do it all and at a good price.

Allan did a great job cleaning up my chimney brick inside the house, replacing the motar in our stone foundation, and repointing the chimney. He is knowledgeable, helpful and cares about his work.

Osman was amazing. He replied to my request and arrived exactly when he said he would. I needed to have my lower cabinet and its granite countertop moved back against the wall. He had slipped over an inch away and the granite backsplash was dangerously precarious. Then I wanted him to remove all the poorly installed granite back splash and put up a full ceramic tile backsplash. He looked at the job, explained what had to be done and estimated how long it would take. He gave me a very fair price and we agreed to a start date. He arrived on time, with all his equipment and with a helper. He was very neatly dressed and insisted on taking off his shoes before coming in the house. He and his partner worked from 9:00a till about 5:30p. They cleaned up everything and bagged all the trash. They returned once to grout and will return once more to seal the backsplash. The job is perfect. He is an excellent craftsman, meticulous and exact. He was very quiet and extremely respectful of my home. I will be hiring him again and again for all sorts of work and repairs. I recommend him completely and with NO reservations.

Mark did my kitchen remodel which included new cabinets, countertops, tile backsplash, and tile flooring. We gave Mark a must have start and end date and he finished early. He worked in a clean, safe, and professional manner. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a skilled carpenter in all phases of home improvement.

I originally asked Joe to replace an old fiberglass tub surround with tile. The job quickly escalated to tiling the floor, replacing an old sink with a double vanity, replacing the toilet, and painting. Through it all, Joe was extremely helpful, including meeting us at stores to help select tile. He continually offered helpful suggestions and showed real concern for giving us the best result possible. He and his guys worked quickly and did a great job. And his price was eminently reasonable. I couldn't be happier with the finished bathroom. I highly recommend Joe.

BTR Tile and Stone has done both shower pan repair and tile installation in the master bathroom walk-in shower and tiling of the floor, walls and ceiling for a complete renovation in a lower level full bath. The work is stunning, everyone comments on its beauty and I couldn't be happier with the results. Jeff is also a really nice guy.

Brennan repainted the chipped wood edging around the tile of a coffee table. This was small job and it had been difficult to find someone willing to do it. He did a careful job, removing all the prior levels of paint before he sprayed two coats of paint. He also carefully matched the color (a unique shade of dark blue) to the blue leather base. He picked up the table from my house and returned on time. This was a very good experience

Ken and his wife were a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive to my request and even came out to look at the job on LABOR DAY! Ken put in a brand new tile backsplash in my kitchen and was very detail oriented. His work was great and will definitely be reaching out to him for future work. I highly recommend him for tile work based on what he did at my house.

I found KJC Construction via Craigslist. That’s not usually a good way to find the best worker, but I got lucky when Chester Chang responded. I knew I'd found a good man when he was in absolutely no rush to enthusiastically go over all the details and to offer valuable advice.____ KJC is usually a one-man show, though he does have helpers when necessary. But one man was all I needed for my kitchen makeover - Chester. The quality of his work and his attention to detail are top notch! It's obvious that he truly enjoys his profession.____ Chester resurfaced my 31 year old laminate counters, which were still very solid, with all-new Formica and new bullnose edges (see photos). A few others who responded to my ad were obviously nervous to attempt that, but Chester was very confident and anxious to tackle it. He did an excellent job! That saved me a fortune compared with removing and replacing them with all new counter tops, which other respondents had tried hard to sell me.____ He also installed vinyl plank flooring over the old tile floor, installed all new baseboards and new ceramic counter backsplashes. In every case his past experience and attention to detail resulted in a beautiful job.____ Chester made good use of plastic sheeting to protect the cabinets and seal the doorways. Virtually no dust made it out of the kitchen! He graciously helped me to remove the stove and frig. from the room, and to later move them back in place.____ I really can't say enough good things about KJC Construction, because KJC is Chester. His work ethic, his pricing, his attitude and his wealth of experience all came together to make our 31 year old kitchen look virtually brand-new again!____ You'll see in my photos that I still have to finish painting the walls, which I chose to do myself. I do enjoy painting. But Chester is more than qualified to do that and much more, such as construction, roofing, plumbing, doors, windows, etc. I have already promised him that he will be my go-to guy for our upcoming bathroom makeover. I have no need or desire to get competing quotes, and that’s a great feeling!____ I highly recommend KJC if you want a real pro who really cares. Check out my before and after photos!

Chris did a significant amount of renovation work for us in the fall of 2016, including dry wall, tile work, wood flooring and replacing window and door casings. His work proposal was very detailed and provided cost detail for each part of this project. He is very neat and always ends his day by cleaning the house, insuring that all the dust and debris is cleaned up. He also has a significant list of other business colleagues who he can call when he needs additional resources. Chris is a good communicator and always kept us informed on his progress.

I have used Caro Construction for four major projects now, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them for all of my future jobs. This is a brief outline of some of his work for me personally from 2011 to present: 1. Apartment conversion: I had need of carpentry services to remodel and convert a large apartment I own into two smaller units. This required putting up walls, creating a new entryway and hanging doors, planning and installing a kitchen, and remodeling a bathroom. 2. Kitchen gut/remodel: This job was instigated by a water leak and an insurance claim, but we had the kitchen gutted to the studs and joists from the ceiling down. Mr. Caro worked in tandem with my insurance adjuster to handle the job on my behalf before I arrived in person to see the final result. He was very professional and the results were fantastic and economical. 3. Frozen pipe insurance claim: I had a hot water baseboard heating pipe in the wall burst in the middle of winter in one unit of a 4 unit apartment building. Mr. Caro once again worked in tandem with my insurance company to make repairs to the affected second story unit as well as the unit immediately below. This repair required subcontracting for plumbing repairs and flooring replacement, tearing out and replacing walls, insulation, and a ceiling. The job was done very quickly and very well, and when part of the insurance claim became an issue (some materials were not replaceable due to age - ceiling tiles from 1960) he worked with me to creatively and economically resolve the situation. 4. Replace front entryway stairs and porch repair: The entry to my 4 unit apartment building had stairs that were not mounted correctly below the frost line and they moved and rotted as a result. He tore the stairs off, leveled the entire structure, made some minor repairs replacing some floor boards and all rails, and built a new, level, much better staircase. 5. Many miscellaneous repairs and interior remodeling and finish work: over the years of getting great service from Caro Carpentry, I came to depend on him for all my maintenance and repairs for both my house and my 4 unit apartment building. I have found him to have excellent communication skills, accurate bids, and he’s very honest and pleasant to deal with. He was very professional in his dealings with me, with other contractors he brought in for specific stages of the work in progress, and gave frequent progress reports as well as communicating the next steps during the entire process. I was very pleased with the end results of all my projects. The quality of his subcontractors was also such that I have used several of them several times for other jobs, as well.
