Lawn mowing and landscaping, Very good work. Rob and his crew really know what they are doing.
I have dealt with many contractors in my lifetime , however I can honestly say it was a pleasure dealing with Dan. I hired Dan to replace a deck on my home prior to putting it in the market for sale. Dan not only did an excellent job on the deck, he helped me make economical solutions to various repairs and remodel that ultimately help sale my home. What was most impressive is that Dan dealt with the constant hassle from the building department in a patient and professional manner. Most importantly the craftsmanship of the deck was so impressive that the inspector said "Your Contractor did right by you and built a deck that will outlast any deck I have seen in the past 2 years." If I was not moving out of state I would hire Dan to do any project in my house because it is not often you come across a true Master Carpenter and that is what you will get when you hire Dan.
Absolutely thrilled that we hired Alby's Masonry for our project. They rebuilt our patio and front walkway and it is gorgeous. They are true artisans, and were glad to create to our taste. Alby and his dad are gentlemen of the old school, and their word is their bond, they arrive early and work until the job is done and clean up everything afterwards. I recommend them highly.
I hired Allan to repair some crumbled concrete stairs and a foundation crack on the exterior of my home. He came to take a look and give me an estimate within one day of my request and was able to complete the project only a couple days later. Allan was on time, courteous, and the work was done perfectly. He also repaired a few extra cracks in our concrete foundation while he was here that we didn't even ask for - and the price stayed the same as what he quoted, which was absolutely reasonable. I am a hard guy to please and I would recommend Allan highly. Thank you!
It's important to first mention that Ismael @ Hard and Land was 100% reliable, communicative, and professional. It's a rarity that a contractor is on time, calls when they say they are going to, and completes a job exactly as you expected with no headaches. He is also very professional and respectful. I requested a contractor to do a walkway and step repair that involved adding concrete to pitch the walk way as well as reset stones in concrete to repair the settled steps. Ismael was the only contractor that responded wanting to come out and see what needed to be done before offering a quote. He came out and offered a detailed explanation of what he was going to do and I felt his pricing was very reasonable. He came out and did the job Saturday and it came out great. I highly recommend Hard and Land.
We hired this contractor for our roof repair and could not have been happier. They were punctual from the first estimate through the completion of the job. They took great pride in their workmanship and were professional through the entire endeavor. Top this off with reasonable rates and hasty clean up! Would definitely use this contractor again!
My name is Jessica Hart. I hired this company to frame my house, in addition to building a garage. They were very friendly, reliable and cost efficient. They did a great job. They estimated it to be a certain amount of days and they completed the project sooner than their estimation. I am now hiring this company to build a deck on the back of my house. I will refer this company in the future and I strongly recommend going with them
I rarely leave reviews for contractor's but in this case, it was necessary. After obtaining several quotes,Tim's pricing was competitive but reasonable. Tim and his crew arrived promptly at 9:00 AM and completed the job by 7:00 PM, just like Tim predicted. His craftmenship was outstanding, a work of art, and being the neat freak that I am, Tim and crew were tidy throughout the entire processes. I would highly recommend him.
Noel did two jobs for us in the past year - excavating and pouring a large concrete pier and replacing a shed damaged by hurricane Sandy. Good work on both projects. Easy to work with. Would hire again.
Perfect Curb removed old, broken asphalt sidewalk and replaced with new concrete sidewalk. They added topsoil and re-seeded lawn on both sides of walkway. Dane and his team were thorough and professional. Communicated throughout the project. Site was left clean and neat. Highly recommend!
Segundo Morquecho did an outstanding job in repairing our walkway by redesigning a portion of it, replacing other cracked tiles, and patching the cement. He gave me an honest assessment of the permanence of the repair and was very reasonable in the pricing of the job. Segundo was polite, a pleasure to work with, and so very talented. Our neighbor, after seeing his fine work, decided to hire him to repair his walkway. I know that we will definitely hire Segundo Morquecho the next time we need any type of masonry work.
We hired 360 Property Care LLC to paint our front porch, back porch, and foundation. They also made a repair in the concrete of the front porch. Unlike a painting company, we were able to buy our own paint, which reduced the cost some. No scraping was offered, so my fiancee did that himself. We are happy with the result of the power washing, priming, and paint. In order to give us a way into our house, they ended up coming out four times, and after every time everything was cleaned up thoroughly. There was no paint dropped at all, including on our plants. We modified the original job some, and the adjusted price was reasonable. Just make sure to pay in cash to avoid a 4% fee.
total professional helped with my concrete patio
Bruce is amazing and so kind. In addition to concrete work, I am tapping into some of his other talents. The concrete work is very good - lots of repairs since I am putting my house on the market. He is thorough and very willing to fix things that don't turn out as good as we would have liked. I recommend him highly!
A good value. I shopped the project to several contractors and Ed was cost competitive and helpful with advice. Reasonably timely in performance and the workmanship was to my expectations. I was never able to get a few references from him so I felt I was accepting more risk than I would normally want to. His terms aligned with my personal policies on that. Overall a good experience and I'd recommend him to others.
A job well done! I would recommend Attack-A-Crack to anybody needing to repair foundation cracks/issues.
I cant say enough good things about these guys. I hired them for a concrete pad basketball court in my backyard after another contractor left me high and dry. They fit me into their schedule the following week and completed the job right away. I wasn't really sure what I wanted for finish and they guided me through different options and the pad came out better than I could have imagined. Its obvious they take great care and pride with their work. They even advised me with some options for future projects I have in mind. From the price, quality, professionalism and punctuality, they get five stars. Will definitely hire them in the future!
Chris has worked on my "flat" roof several times -- it is rolled rubber now (formerly asphalt which continuously failed) because of him and his Dad determining rubber to be the best solution to the continuous leaking I had my family had experienced since 1947 when the house was built. The roof he and his Dad installed (SW Debbs LLC) is protecting my 1947 "modern" house with a roof that looks flat but is efficiently pitched. The roof on this house always presented problems with its asphalt coating used over decades -- major leaks and interior damage had consistently occurred. Chris and his father installed rolled rubber to remedy the situation. They also discovered through close examination that some seepage was occurring via eroded concrete on a decorative parapet. They applied material that stopped this water seepage efficiently. What a relief to find someone who would not walk away from a challenge -- someone who stuck with the problem until it was solved satisfactorily! Rare! Most recently Chris and his Dad repaired a portion of the "flat" roof that had been installed (before I met them) by another contractor. They adjusted the slight pitch of that portion of the roof to channel the run-off efficiently, installed insulation which had not been done previously, and re-installed rolled rubber properly. Again, a long-standing problem was diagnosed and solved at a reasonable cost. Chris is efficient, on time, focused, friendly, and totally reliable. He gets the job done at a reasonable price. I am currently renovating a colonial house from the 1790s, and I intend to have the roof rebuilt and replaced by Chris' company. I know him to be honest, hard-working, dependable, and determined to solve problems and produce robust results. I offer my highest recommendation!
My experience with Twin Renovation was outstanding. They finished my basement and this project was completed about 2 weeks ago, so while I can't comment on the long-term lasting results, and immediate finished product is exactly what I was looking for. It was a relatively simple job - I just wanted the concrete walls nicely finished in a cost-effective way and for the existing tile floor to be covered in carpet. Right off the bat even before coming to see the project, Vinnie spent time with me carefully listening to my ideas and questions, and giving me advice about what would work best for my situation. Quotes I got from other contractors only included moisture protection, framing with furring strips, and drywall, and were still astoundingly high even without the flooring. Vinnie's quote was significantly under every other quote I got and included all those things plus the carpeting, painting the walls, framing out the windows, and installing a nice baseboard and window trim. Vinnie and his team were all very friendly, approachable, and accommodating, which helped put me at ease because this was the first home renovation project I had ever attempted and I wasn't confident in how to walk through the process. Vinnie communicated well and kept me well-informed every step of the way, and they ultimately finished the entire project in under a week while staying true to the original price quoted. At the end they told me that if I noticed any problems or issues that I should just call them and they'd come back to fix it. I also really appreciated their honesty because at the last-minute I asked if they could carpet the stairway as well and Vinnie said that his carpeting specialist was not available for a while. He said that the person doing the work was proficient in carpeting flat flooring but was not proficient in stairways, and he would prefer to be honest rather than potentially do a sub-par job on something. I think sometimes people can be greedy and want to find any way to inflate prices and make an extra buck, and that is just not how Twin Renovation does business. I got a fair price for high quality work and I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to anyone I know! Thank you!
