- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing does not include travel to other states. It does include myself and three staff. If more are needed then that's an additional cost. Other than that it includes food cost, three staff, sample tasting, delivery of all food and set up/break down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sitting down to get a description of the services needed, type of menu they are looking for, explaining my process of payments, who I will be reporting to, building a round about quote for them and how I include them into the entire process. I want them to ask me any questions they need to in order to be comfortable wth me and understand that my intent is to make sure they are happy.

Yes, I stay in contact with my academic Chefs. They are always available to help me.
