This lady's house is 6000 sq foot, I talked to her on the phone about her needs. In the request for cleaning information was that the house is 3000 sq foot and has 2 bathrooms. Apparently there was much more work then she has described. I offered her deep clean for little bit more money and by the hour, she refused after telling me her house is in good shape, well that was also not correct information. Staff, things were all over the place, could not almost see the floor, no counters available to clean. And it's not the matter of taking few pictures down to wipe of the dust, it was staff upon the staff upon clothes all over, shoes everywhere. In general I did not make money what so ever I had my two girls there for total 10 hours. That was still not enough time to clean properly since that was suppose to be a regular cleaning not deep. Yes - she complained, I told her that I will come out myself as a boss and fix whatever she didn't like. She refused. Few days later she emailed me that she had a party over the weekend and now on Tuesday she would like me to come and fix the things she complained about.. Well - I'm upset that people just lie about condition of their house to get better price and then complain. I told her she may want to get a deep clean before we start regular - but she did not want to take that direction.
