- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing system (packages at different levels) for each of our products & services. But upon speaking with our clients, we’re constantly customizing our packages to include everything they want and to best fit their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My team and I go over any questions our customers may have, after that we have a reservation questionnaire that we go over with our customers. It only takes about 35 minutes but it truly helps us dig down on understanding everything that our customers want and need for their event so that we can offer them the absolute best package and service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As Super Partyland, LLC's company owner I've had so much experience working directly with customers and helping them plan and bring to life their event. Before I started Super Partyland, I've held positions as an Event Coordinator, Account Manager, Quality Supervisor and many others. I also have a Bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut in Business Management.
