I contact Hamden Huskies Haulers because I was in a real bind. I had purchased an item at an auction & when it was delivered, the delivery men stated it was in their agreement that they would not bring the item up any stairs. I am taking that up with the auction manger but in the meantime I had to get the item (a very heavy credenza) up 4 stairs & into my house before it rained. I contact HHH through Thumbtack & Jasmine responded very quickly. She assured me that her team could come after the finished the job they were on and Tim & Jeremiah arrived at my house at 9:30 pm (mere hours after I contacted HHH) and brought the piece inside. Tim & Jeremiah were professional, careful & friendly! I would not hesitate to hire HHH again in the future! Thank you for your help on such short notice!

This is our second time hiring Tim and his crew to help us with a major downsizing move. It was so easy to reschedule with Jasmine, even though we needed a quick turnaround. The team worked together well to facilitate the move of heavy boxes and shelving up and then down bulkhead stairs. They set up the shelves at the new house so we could begin to organize right away. We appreciated the team’s work ethic and Tim’s humor and kindness, experience, and efficiency in directing the project. This company is amazing all the way around! They responded immediately and went above and beyond my expectations. I was only expecting two guys, but four showed up to help organize my storage unit. I had Hamden Huskies load, drive, and unload a 20ft uhaul I had rented to relocate out of state (500 miles round trip). They were courteous and honest. What they provided in service exceeded the cost. I was really impressed with Jasmine, who coordinated everything and gave me some solid cost saving advice prior to the move. One area for future jobs, I would encourage them to be a bit more vigilant with fragile items, particularly furniture. Given the job and time and cost constraints, I was really grateful I hired them.
