David R. says, "I had a pin hole leaked on the main drain pipe of the house. This resulted in my family not being abled to use sink, shower, dish washer etc. I called them on Tuesday and they were able to get someone to come in the next day. The plumber looked at the problem gave me a price and worked on it. He did warn me that he will replace the pipe but in the process of cutting the pipe, that the job could be more complex if the cutting process does not go through. I do appreciate his honesty in the situation. Glad to say he was able to repair the job with the price he quoted me on and we are bac in working order. Thank you again"See more

The most concerning was the darker colored areas on the ceiling, my daughter's room's wall "sweating", the bathroom vent was dripping water even before any shower was taken, and the house was just plain cold. Fogarty's was able to confirm, explain and fix each concern with their full attic insulation. Photographing the process. Is it odd that I think my attic is now beautiful? They were professional and the job was done in the time they promised. They even found an issue with my roof (unrelated to the bathroom vent) and had that project handled for me! I am now going into our second winter with our new attic. The house is holding heat and the AC in better. My daughter's room is no longer sweating on warm winter days. I am now confident I can repaint my ceilings and the "discoloration" won't return (these ceiling stains were caused by NO insulation, turning those spots of ceiling into an 'air filters'). And I am done replacing bathroom vents.I will absolutely be using them for my next home energy projects.***Update 11/21/2023Used Fogarty's again for Foundation Insulation and Insulate of one exterior wall. (Spray foam insulation and air sealing of the basement foundation. Plus blow-in insulation of bathroom exterior wall.My basement was cold and drafty; You could see the cobwebs sway. Chipmunks also hid and kept warm in those walls. Happy to say there is no more breeze, and those chipmunks can't get in now."See more

Jim is very communicative, they show up on time and prepared for the work, and do (from what I can tell) a great job. Jim and Heli are both really nice, happy to explain things that are beyond my almost non-existent plumbing knowledge, and very courteous. So far, Jim has replaced my hot water heater, checked out all the taps and toilets after my inspector recommended it, and came out with no more than 24 hours' notice when my sewer line backed up during the first weekend after we moved in, with no problems since then. He also gave me some great info about pricing for future projects I'm considering which helps me plan my home renovation list, and his prices seem very fair to me.
