Hi! I'm Peter Gostin and I reside in New Britain. Licensed within the state of CT. Will marry people at city hall, within city limits or 10 miles radius outside of city. Some distance exceptions allowed on case-to-case basis; additional mileage fee amount included in first response. I enjoy honoring and formalizing a couple's commitment to each other, and highlighting the time where together, in pledged solidarity, they began the next phase of their lives. Note: Are you also looking for a jeweler? I have a long time associate who is ready to provide for your every need with his service. I do not charge a referral fee for any leads nor accept any finders' fees from the jeweler so your business is solely with the jeweler.

Peter was very responsive and helpful when helping us with our vows- I had no idea where to start and he gave us 2 samples to look at. We chose one to use as a baseline and then made the changes we wanted and he answered the MANY questions we had throughout the whole process; regarding vows, the license, even the procession order etc. He was prompt sending our wedding license in as well, per the southington town hall our certificate was mailed on Weds. 6/10, so 3 business days after our wedding. His price was also very reasonable.
