My Pro responded immediately and accepted a very challenging job request by me! He was a complete professional, however he was also capable of overcoming a completely unexpected turn of events when a part that was supposed to be hollow was in fact solid and he spent extra time and effort improvising to drill out a hollow center so that the assembly on my machine could be successfully completed!! I was truly impressed!!
