Nice folks and I think they tried given a hot night to clean on. Night time cleanings probably are not the best plan in hindsight. Fridge was spotless. Bathrooms cleaned well too but we were not asked if our toiletries and towels could be taken and had to go buy all new. They cleaned at night so am assuming they could not see. For me it was worth it just for the fridge and bathrooms but the rest was not as I had hoped.
