- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will travel to the customer and ask some preliminary questions regarding the areas they want painted. We typically will offer some advice of what else may be done to the area, because not everything is about "rolling walls"! There is a lot to be done with design, texture, shades, etc. that you may not initially think about. We can then discuss a few options on paint type, labor costs, etc. Then we take measurements, make a list of materials, create a proposal for our potential customer. If you would like to move forward, we ask you sign the agreement, and schedule a date with our office!
