I had this “chimney empire” at my home and they did an absolutely perfect job. They performed a very deep and thorough chimney cleaning — you could really see and feel how detailed and professional their work was.
In addition, they conducted a carbon monoxide test inside the house and a comprehensive inspection of the entire chimney system. Everything was explained clearly and honestly.
What I really appreciated is that they did not try to upsell or push unnecessary services. They were professional, honest, and transparent from start to finish.
