Rommel did an excellent job and that too on a Sunday !! We had an emergency situation where a sewer of a large house backed up into the basement. Rommel quickly diagnosed the issue and the problem was resolved in a couple of hours. We are sure other contractors would have taken advantage of such a situation. The problem has been resolved and gave tips on how to prevent it in the future. Will definitely use him again for plumbing related issues.

After Hours Plum came to service my dehumidifier in my basement. I thought I needed a P Trap and was ready to get the work started. However, Ramo the plumber first check my dehumidifier and realized the dehumidifier was missing a part. The next day he showed up with the part and reinstalled the dehumidifier to the appropriate indirect waste line to keep things up to code. It is so refreshing to find a plumber who is knowledgeable, confident and competent and who also cares about my financial pocket and does not overcharge or creates unnecessary additional work. I plan to use After Hours Plum for any future additional plumbing work.

I noticed some water, and wet areas in my garage, laundry area a few days ago. Since you can’t be too careful when it comes to water leakage versus major plumbing issues, I looked into Thumbtack for support. Since the neighbor next-door in my condo has been unresponsive, played hide and seek and was not willing to cooperate to assess for a source, I contacted Joshua. He arrived one time, was professional, courteous and thorough. He even made contact the neighbor who is home next-door, and was unsuccessful as I was when I did the same. At present, the issue is unresolved and confusing fit now, but I’m glad I had Joshua do a thorough walkthru and assessment. Next, I’ll await HOA and management’s contact of the neighbor next door evaluate if the source of the leaking was on their end.
