Totally irresponsible. We called him with an emergency on friday early AM. Burst pipe , so we shut down the water in the whole house, and told him so. He said he would come by 3PM that day. Starting 3 30 PM, we called him every 30 minutes, to inquire as to when he would come. No answer. At 9 30 PM, he called back, said he was sorry, he would come first thing in the morning at 9 AM on satursday. We called at 9 30 AM on satursday, 10 AM, etc. It is now 9 30 PM, 2 days later. No decency whatsoever. He does notcare about his words. He should not be allowed on Thumbtack.
By all means, never trust a word, this skimmer might tell you. He does not care and lies like he breathes. His work will likely be shoddy as well. He is not a eal plumber, was a real estate agent. Reportable to police in my opinion.

Hey asshole did I take a penny from you I went to your house on a service call and never took a penny from you. The plumbing work you done was done by you trying to save money which was shitty at best and you wanted pipes run in a un heated crawl space I wasted my good time going to your shit job! I told you your problems that was created by you asshole and didn't take one penny from you!!
