Roger contacted me right away and made an appointment to come out and look at our stove the next morning. We also had a problem with our microwave, because appliances apparently prefer to die in groups. He arrived right on time and was very careful and thorough diagnosing the problem with the stove (faulty relay on the control board), then diagnosed and repaired our microwave, which had been intermittently refusing to work due to bad sensors. He was here a LONG time and remained calm and professional, well past the point where I would have personally shot-putted the things out a window. Roger is our hero. We will be absolutely call him again the next time one of our appliances gets uppity.

My Maytag wasn’t cooling and the front board went completely blank luckily we had another refrigerator in my lower level but Roger came out the following day. His work was excellent he was professional and he listened he also walk me thru every step of the process. He diagnosed the problem ordered the parts installed and cleaned everything it’s like he was never there FIVE STARS .
