Introduction: Hi, my name is Chris Lyddy and I am a Life Coach and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I know seeking help is not easy, which is why it is important to find the right fit for what you are looking for. As a coach, I provide the people with whom I work the coaching and support to help them understand stress, identify blocks, set goals, and achieve personal and professional success. I team-up with people who are motivated to make a change in their lives but who may not know exactly which course to take or how to navigate that road. Whether it be in my office in downtown New Haven, Connecticut or from the comfort of your own home via phone or Skype, my coaching provides you with an opportunity to take a step back from the world so that you may think clearly about what it is you want to accomplish - and then accomplish it! Guided by my extensive training, education, and professional accomplishments, I help people to become motivated and work towards and achieve their personal and professional goals.
