- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are discounts. I charge by contract. I also charge by room. I try to adapt to the customers price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to give them an appointment for the estimate, then I will go check the job and i talk with the customer and I give them options. And I tell them what suits them and what doesn’t. So they choose which one suits them best. And they are happy and so am I.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained. But when you want to go foward and soar in life, there is no obstacle that holds you back to keep learning doing things better. To this day, I have 15 years working in painting and I still keep learning because each day you keep on learning new things.
