Of the few things you hope for when looking for a vendor to help you out, its that that they are quick to reply, they are concise in their costs / information and they are able to help you in a timely manner.
All 3 boxes where checked with Sure Lock & Key Locksmith, I received a call shortly after my post, the information was what I was looking for, and the cost was within only a few dollars of what I had expected. (and while unneeded for my project, I got same-day service, a total bonus)
