- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We gauge the price of every job according to its needs. Every job has it's own unique set of factors that effect the nature of its cost of completion. We aim to be as reasonable as possible, considering the extent of work that needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process includes but is not limited to, coming out and giving a free estimate for the client. This entails gathering as much data concerning the job as we can (square footage of the workable area, materials needed to complete the job, customer preferences, how much prep work is needed, how long the job would take, how many guys we will need, all of the costs associated with completing the job, etc.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My partner and I share a combined workable experience of about four and a half years. We both have on the job experience via past employers. We also have about two years of experience running and managing a company prior to starting this business.
