- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$140 is the service call fee. It is waived with the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explaining the fee for the service call, and giving them my initial thoughts on the issue. And as I am breaking the unit down, I am showing them what is wrong.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have factory trained and certified technicians.
