What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically for a full appraisal prices start from about $320. This depends on the complexity of the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with the homeowner, or the person requesting the appraisal and find out the purpose of the appraisal. I work closely with all parties involved in the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.
I have a BS degree from University of Connecticut. Previously I worked as an Industrial Engineer, and facilities engineer supervisor. I also have completed projects as a real estate investor. I have an in-depth knowledge of homes, and the market.
