Jon is really solid. Reliable and highly capable. He installed a number of smart switches that connect to Alexa. The installation was not straightforward (particularly because of crazy wiring in my 50yr old home) - Jon is very smart and figured it out.. I had someone come in before he did that couldn't figure it out after spending 2 hrs in my home.
