- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a pricing system which are in my business brochure and menu.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A formal meeting discussing the customer desired service and expectations. The meeting is also for the customer to get a gage of who I am.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with my certification as a chef, I am also a personal trainer.
