So happy with our experience with Quality 1st. Our double-flue chimney was leaking water into our basement and living room during every rain storm. Oscar was fantastic about checking for every possible issue, and provided me with so much knowledge to help me make an informed decision to proceed with them. We ended up getting a brand new chimney cap, sealing the flashing and having the sides of the chimney re-sealed where it meets our siding. So happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism shown by Oscar and his team.

A client of mine had an old chimney that had failed. Oscar came out and inspected everything and Joanne kept me updated on all the details. I am not local and Quality 1st took great photos and was extremely responsive to all of my questions about the work. The final result looked even better than I could have expected! If you want it done right, go with Quality 1st. The team came and inspected my fireplace and chimney. They worked with the city to get permits and installed a chimney liner. They stayed on top of communication when there were permit delays and additional requests from the city. I will reach out to them for future chimney cleaning and inspections.
