Fabian responded to my request very quickly, and arrived punctually to view the job. I have a fence with an arbor and 3 gates that was overdue of a good cleaning. Time has not been on my side for the past 2 summers, and in order to prep the fence for refinishing, power washing was essential. Fabian quoted on the fence, as well as my walkway, and completed everything in 1 day. Beyond doing a great job, Fabian really takes an interest in ensuring the end result meets expectations - something that is lacking with many contractors whose aim is to "get in" and "get out" as quickly as possible with no interest in whether the Customer is truly satisfied with the job. I would gladly request to have F&S Cleaning return for any job in the future!
