Fabian was quick to respond to the job notice, he was punctual, he is a fast worker, arrived with a large truck and all necessary equipment. Fabian custom cut a new gutter down-spout, relocated it around a corner of the sun room 90 degrees, then down to the ground level and routed the bottom end 90 degrees to the right to flow under the raised deck, then securely fastened the downspout to the sunroom wall! The quote was slightly higher than others, but he also mounted a doorbell for me, and checked all the gutters for debris: two stories up! I highly recommend Fabian from F&S.
