FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the level of detail and documentation we bring to every project. Each proposal is customized to the specific scope, with clear breakdowns for labor, materials, and allowances — no hidden costs or vague estimates. We focus on value, not just price, because quality craftsmanship and clear communication save time, stress, and costly rework down the line. We also proudly offer discounts for seniors and veterans — we believe they’ve earned it, and it’s our way of saying thank you for all they’ve given.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment to come out to the client's home and discuss the project with them, get to understand the client's vision for the project, take measurements and photos, and provide them with a free detailed estimate for their project. Then, if the terms are agreeable to the client, we complete the necessary paperwork and move on to the scheduling phase of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of experience in the home improvement industry. We have 8 crews which all have been vetted, background checked, and trained in their respective areas of focus, whether it be carpentry, drywall, flooring, masonry, etc. We have completed the training required to become certified installers for Andersen Windows. We are also an authorized dealer for Fabuwood Cabinetry, US Cabinet Depot, Skyline Cabinetry, Golden Home Cabinets, HCI Cabinets, CCD Cabinets, and Valleywood Cabinets.
