He securely installed a handrail, he safely hang an indoor swing from the ceiling, he managed to avoid disturbing any electric cables without damaging the ceiling, which we were so grateful for, lastly he put up this floating shelf in a bedroom, all the work was done quickly but meticulously, price was very fair; hopefully we can get him to finish our attic in the near future. We had two bathrooms updated, one a total gut and redo, ceilings repaired, leaks fixed, walls painted and six doors replaced. Their estimates as to time and cost were spot on. No surprise costs or inflated charges. Every professional arrived on time, worked incredibly hard, respected our home and at the end of every work day cleaned up to the point it was like they had never been there. Cris was incredible as to communication, information, recommendations and overall supervision. He made sure he kept on top of every instruction and finished the work the way we wanted. He gave a strict timeline and budget and kept his promise to deliver the whole thing. He is flexible, patient and a darn good professional. They demo’ed and rebuilt and covered entire house with tarp and after finishing up the work, they cleaned and mopped the entire house and dusted off and the whole house looks so clean and with three bathrooms updated it looks fabulous for my family to enjoy. I would continue to use Marcos for my future projects and recommend very highly, as far as I am concerned there is no job that Marcos can’t do though he is a tile expert.
