Dave Singh says, "Here's the before and after of the bathroom remodel JMR did for us. The photos speak for themselves and, yes, this is the same bathroom. You can tell by the toilet location and window.What you can't see in the photos is what really sets JMR apart. They were prompt, showed up when they said they would, and delivered work that exceeded my expectations. The bathroom floor was level-poured, tile spacing is nearly perfect thanks to the use of leveling systems, and the entire bathroom, including the wall behind the mirrors, was waterproofed with RedGard. The wet room was built from scratch and properly waterproofed, with backer board installed above the tub deck. Skylight was added at my request, and it is amazing. Every structural and preventative measure I could think of was addressed.That's the difference between JMR and many builder-grade contractors who focus on cosmetic updates while leaving underlying issues untouched. JMR takes the time to do things correctly behind the walls, not just where you can see them.Were there issues during the project? Yes, but none caused by JMR. Any problems uncovered along the way were existing conditions, and they were always upfront about them. There were never any hidden costs or surprise overages, every additional expense was discussed and approved beforehand. Any changes or adjustments I requested were handled without complaint. Florenc's answer was almost always, "No problem," regardless of how complicated or big the request was.One piece of advice for homeowners: have a plan and select your materials ahead of time whenever possible. JMR will absolutely work with you on additions and changes, but some items, such as tubs and cabinetry, can have long lead times and aren't always available overnight.Before the master bathroom was even finished, I could already tell it was going to be incredible. In fact, it looked so good that it made the master bedroom look outdated by comparison.
