Graziella and her partner cleaned the unit, after a less than tidy tenant, very well. The oven of a stove I considered discarding was so clean that I no longer had reason to get rid of it. I was honestly shocked. The refrigerator and inside of dishwasher were also very clean. The baseboards and doorways were dust free. I have absolutely no complaints and would be glad to use her services again. Even my fiancé who can be a bit tight with money thought it was money well spent. HIRE GRAZIELLA!!!! I cannot imagine that you would be disappointed.

Graziella and her partner did an excellent deep clean to my rental unit in advance of the new tenant moving in. She even waxed the floors! Her quote was accurate and she accommodated my last minute request.

    Each house is unique and so are clients need. Our rates are based on what you’re looking for, time spent to clean the property and how often the property will be cleaned. Transparency is our goal. There are no hidden fees, no contracts, no requirements. Our cleaning services start at $100 per visit. We do offer special prices for recurring weekly ,bi-weekly and monthly cleanings.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. Ask this new customer how she/he likes things to be done in her/his home. We understand that every person has a favorite way of handing things at home, or possess Items that riquire special observation or specific cleaning routine, if there is someone allergic to any cleaning material, etc. 2. Present a desirable cleaning routine regarding the specific needs and expectations of our client and a timetable/forethought to complete the task. 3. Checklist 4. Short satisfaction survey (A way to improve continuously)
