Mfe responded to my thumbtack query right away. He came to check out the bathroom instead of just saying, "sure. I can take care of that," which I appreciated. Once we agreed he was taking the job he was back in a couple of days. He was extremely polite, did a thorough and speedy job replacing my toilet
