This guy is a gem. Diagnosed and completed challenging repair of built-in dual microwave-convection oven. He improvised a way to partially remove the unit, identified and repaired multiple points of failure on both ovens, and had all the necessary parts with him. Would have cost at least 3X as much for the manufacturer-recommended repair outfit to fix it, assuming they could have.

Outstanding Service! We recently had Ton Appliance install a built-in wall oven and expertly repair both a high-end stove and outdoor grill. From start to finish, his service was outstanding and truly deserving of more than 5 stars. Though Ton speaks a different native language, communication was smooth and easy via the translator on the phone. He was clear, efficient, and incredibly thorough. Our washing machine broke- the clothes came out wet. Although you can hear the machine spin, the clothes were soaked at the end of the cycle. Ton came and diagnosed the pump was leaking and so the water was not draining. He had a pump part in his van, but unfortunately wasn’t the correct one for our machine. Hubby was seriously impressed when he hacked our old pump and his new pump into a working part for our machine. Ton does not speak good English, but we used Google translate and the job got done. Seriously my hubby was impressed with the hack! He took our machine apart and fixed it. He took the job seriously and you can see his dedication. He reminded me of my dad! Haha. On top of all that he was reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend him to friends and call him again if I need an appliance repaired again.
