FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive for transparent and straightforward pricing. Our quotes will clearly outline the costs for the services or products you're requesting, including any applicable fees or material expenses. While the final price depends on the specifics of your needs, we aim to avoid hidden charges and will always communicate any potential adjustments clearly. Depending on the situation, we may offer discounts for bundled services, larger projects, or repeat business, so please inquire about any applicable promotions. Our payment terms will be clearly stated, and we accept various payment methods for your convenience. We're committed to providing you with a fair and understandable cost for the value we deliver.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer begins with understanding your needs and objectives through an initial consultation. This allows us to gather essential details about your project or request. Next, we'll conduct any necessary assessment or information gathering to fully grasp the scope of work. Based on this understanding, we'll provide a clear and comprehensive proposal outlining our approach, timelines, and pricing. Upon your approval, we'll move into the execution phase, maintaining open communication throughout the process. Finally, we'll ensure you are satisfied with the outcome and address any follow-up needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training in the electrical, solar, and HVAC fields are quite comprehensive. I initially went to school for electrical and solar technologies, providing me with a strong foundation in these areas. I'm currently expanding my expertise by studying HVAC systems. To ensure safety on the job, I hold an OSHA 30 certification. Furthermore, I'm a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and have completed a Water Heater Certification course through AO Smith. My training also includes specialized knowledge in Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC through their M and P Series Essentials program offered by the Homans Association. This diverse educational background and ongoing training equip me with a well-rounded understanding of various building systems.
